SOL Food began in Bowral NSW in 2010 to fulfill a desire to make healthy, tasty, meat-free food readily accessible to the general public.

Our place of birth is Taiwan and the menu at SOL Food naturally reflects our origin. Having been in Australia for more than 10 years, we understand the variations between eastern and western palates and adjust our cuisine accordingly.

We are constantly challenging ourselves to improve and create new dishes to ensure that our customers never consider a meat-free diet to be boring, bland or limited.

Having been vegetarians from birth, we know it is possible to maintain a healthy body without taking the life of our fellow animals that inhabit this planet with us.
